Description:
KTE-7767 (hereafter referred to as the Subject) is a humanoid threat entity, inferred to be formerly human, of unknown age and sex, weighing in at approximately 27.95kg and standing at approximately 1.3m. Subject dresses in tattered modern clothing, specifically a torn green tee and damaged black cargo shorts. Although lacking superhuman abilities possessed by most Blackwood entities, Subject displays the ability to alter the environmental reality around itself. Subject does not, however, display the ability to alter the reality of other living sentients.

Psychological profile indicates that KTE-7767 is driven by animalistic behaviors, most notably experiencing fear when exposed to aggressive or negative stimuli. Subject appears to purposefully avoid manmade environments, civilians, and Coalition Forces.

During initial assessment, Subject was considered a non-threat to Coalition Assessment Teams, given Assessment Teams maintain protocol according to the PHYSICS Division Field Manual 13. Upon further observation of the Subject, it was found that the subject deviates from Division Field Manual 13, Section 1, displaying zero adherence to the Psychological Changes Sequence. Due to this, Subject is classified as a Level 4 Threat Entity.

Rules of Engagement:
As KTE-7767 has displayed zero precedence for causing significant harm to Coalition Forces, but is to be engaged using the three factors of termination methods mentioned in PHYSICS Division Field Manual 13.
